DO YOU OFFER BESPOKE FITNESS TRAINING PROGRAMMES?
Yes! Our Signature Programme offers a personalised training and nutrition plan, exclusive Instagram content, and monthly group calls with Sam Warburton and special guests. Perfect for injury recovery or added personalisation. Sign up or book a call to learn more!
CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. For website signups, email [email protected] to cancel. Allow 7 days before your next payment. You’ll still have access until the end of your paid period. For App Store or Google Play signups, cancel directly in your subscription settings.
IS IT JUST WEIGHT SESSIONS?
No, we offer more than just weight training. Our app includes conditioning and mobility sessions to ensure well-rounded training.
IS SW7 JUST FOR RUGBY PLAYERS?
Yes and no! While we are the number one fitness app for rugby-specific strength and conditioning and exclusive partners with World Rugby – strength and conditioning principles are transferable to any sport. The fundamentals of developing strength, power, and acceleration apply across the board.
We do offer rugby-specific programmes, but we also have a wide range of plans designed for all ages and abilities. Our SP programme is also suitable for everyone and completely bespoke to you and your specific goals – this is our most premium level of coaching.
So, while we’re known for rugby, our focus is on building athletes for life. Whether you play rugby or another sport, or just want to get fit, our programmes will help you excel!
I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UK, CAN I STILL ACCESS THE TRAINING APP?
Of course! As it’s ‘app’ based, you can access SW7 Academy worldwide. We have members all across the world.
ARE YOUR TRAINING PLANS JUST FOR MEN?
Absolutely not! We’ve supported thousands of women including female athletes. Whilst we have a Female Athlete specific plan all of our programmes are inclusive all of all genders, ages and abilities.
