This program incorporates a variety of advanced training methods, including pyramid sets, cluster sets, and a ramp-up to testing your one-rep max (1RM) in Block 6. Get ready to set new gym personal bests!

 

Prerequisites:

We recommend that participants have at least 2 years of training experience. Please note that this workout program is not suitable for in-season athletes, as the training volume may increase the risk of injury.

 

Training Structure:

  • Frequency: 4 days a week
  • Split: Upper/Lower/Upper/Lower
