Led by Sam Warburton, this is our reimagined strength & longevity programme for those 30+. BFL helps you build a strong, functional body with minimal time, zero fluff, and maximum purpose. Ideal for those with busy schedules, old injuries, or wanting to feel strong and capable again.
Weekly Split:
- Monday – Lower Body Strength
- Tuesday – Rest
- Wednesday – Upper Body Strength
- Thursday – Rest
- Friday – Full Body + Strongman Circuit
- Saturday – Optional Aerobic / Conditioning
- Sunday – Rest
Who it’s for:
- 30+ years old
- Limited time (3–4 hours training per week)
- Wanting strength, mobility, and body comp improvements
- Managing previous injuries (e.g. lower back, knees, shoulders)
- Not interested in extreme training — but want to train with purpose
